Story Dispatch ("we", "us") helps businesses publish in their own voice. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or request a free audit, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you request a free audit, we collect your name, your business name, your website or social links, and your email address (so we can reply).
- What's collected automatically. If analytics are enabled, standard usage data — pages viewed, rough location, device/browser, and how you arrived — via Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your free audit and a sample in your voice.
- To reply to you and, if you're interested, talk about a pilot.
- To understand how the site is performing and improve it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't email you marketing you didn't ask for. If we ever do send updates, every email has an unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only the tools that run this site on our behalf: our form provider (Formspree) to receive your enquiry, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. They handle your data under their own terms; we don't pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep audit enquiries for as long as we're in contact and a reasonable period after, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — just email us.
- Block cookies in your browser if you'd rather not be measured (the site still works).
